Standard orders ship 7–10 business days after your digital proof is approved. Chenille patches take 10–14 business days due to the production process. Rush production is available on request.
We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight, and all pricing is shown in USD.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the rest of the way.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country — these aren't included in our shipping cost.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to cover reshipping costs for orders returned due to an incorrect address.
Occasionally, weather, customs processing, or carrier delays can push back delivery beyond the original estimate — we'll do our best to keep you updated if that happens.
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo, if damaged) and we'll make it right.
