Every custom order includes a free digital proof. Production does not begin until you approve the final proof — you're welcome to request revisions before approving.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout, before production begins. Larger quantities receive automatic volume pricing where applicable.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after proof approval; chenille orders run 10–14 days. Rush production is available on request, subject to a rush fee.
Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge any time before you approve your digital proof. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
We ship worldwide via tracked shipping. You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address — see our Shipping Policy for details.
You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, artwork, or design you submit. We may showcase finished work in our gallery or marketing unless you tell us in writing not to.
