1 Processing Time
Standard orders ship 7–10 business days after your digital proof is approved. Chenille patches take 10–14 business days due to the production process. Rush production is available on request.
2 Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on orders of 100+ patches worldwide, and free on any order delivered to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah in the UAE; Florida, Texas, California and New York in the USA; and New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Orlando, Tampa and Atlanta. Otherwise, shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. All pricing is shown in USD.
3 Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the rest of the way.
4 International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country — these aren't included in our shipping cost.
5 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to cover reshipping costs for orders returned due to an incorrect address.
6 Delays
Occasionally, weather, customs processing, or carrier delays can push back delivery beyond the original estimate — we'll do our best to keep you updated if that happens.
7 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo, if damaged) and we'll make it right.
