Every patch starts as a design file — either something you send us or a sketch our team develops into production-ready artwork with a free digital proof for approval.
Once approved, the file is converted into a stitch or mold program depending on the technique, then run on production equipment matched to that style.
Each finished patch goes through a manual quality check for stitching density, color accuracy and edge finishing before it's approved to ship.
From there it's packed flat to protect the shape and shipped worldwide, with tracking provided on every order.
